Group Workshop Facilitator
Teach a group of students/learners prior their tests/exams. Requires the ability to guide students on what concepts are key for understanding. These lessons are 3 hours for university, and 1-1.5 hours for Saturday high school learners. You need to prepare prior the lesson even though you are required to be expert in the subject/course/module.
Requirements
- Good academic record
- An A score in the subject/module/course interested to facilitate is advantageous.
- Great presentation skills
- Previous tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Not shy to face a group of students.
- Passionate about teaching
- Well organized
- Willing to make a positive impact in students’ lives.
- Approachable
- Able to take questions on the spot and respond to students
1-on-1 Private Tutor
Teach one or two students based on what they need help with. Must be able to be patient with students/learners and have passion to assist them. These sessions are usually 1 or 2 hours, depending on the request by student. The content to be covered is communicated by student prior the session. Sessions can cover helping students with homeworks, assignment, test or exam preparation or just content understanding.
